SUMMARY:Monthly P&A Committee Meeting
DESCRIPTION:The Monthly Meeting of the Policy and Administration (P&amp\;A)
  Committee of  the Central Indiana Area Service Committee of Narcotics An
 onymous (CIASCNA)\n\nAll GSRs and interested NA members are invited to att
 end but please note this passage from the policy manual:\nThis subcommitte
 e is made up of area administrative officers and other subcommittee chairp
 ersons\, who are voting members of this subcommittee. Interested members m
 ay participate but do not vote. A Chairperson is elected by the ASC that i
 s not an Officer or Chairperson of another subcommittee.\nP&amp\;A deals w
 ith all aspects of policy and procedure for the Area. It also serves the a
 dministrative needs\; making sure there is a location for the ASC Meeting\
 , making sure ASC Meeting dates do not conflict with holidays\, etc. Aspec
 ts that concern Traditions are discussed in P&amp\;A before coming to the 
 floor of the ASC. After discussion in subcommittee\, new guidelines\, revi
 sion of policies or other matters needing a Group Conscience from the Area
  are then proposed for approval at the ASC meeting. The P&amp\;A Subcommit
 tee also acts as a “stand-by” committee if any unusual or temporary si
 tuations needing discussion arise\; business that cannot be handled within
  another subcommittee may be forwarded to the P&amp\;A Agenda.\nAll GSRs a
 nd interested NA members are invited to attend but please be respectful of
  the committee's needs to get the business of the area done.\nPlease note:
 \n\n 	Park in either of the lots north of the church\n 	Arrive on time to 
 limit disruption\n 	The location of our meeting inside the church may chan
 ge month to month\, enter the doors closest to the parking lot and either:
 \n\n 	The meeting will be in the Parlor room going forward: turn right\, 
 proceed down the halls until you see our group.\n\n\n 	Handicapped access 
 is available but requires a guide - please contact the ASC Chair and reque
 st someone get in touch\, meet you in the parking lot and guide you in thr
 ough the correct door (south side of building) and elevator if necessary.\
