Volunteer information

Signup to volunteer here.

Registration table shifts include the following duties and require at least 1 year of clean time to handle money.

Process payments: Accept cash and card payments for registrations and drink sales, providing change when necessary.
Check-in attendees: Locate and highlight the person’s name on the registration printout to confirm payment and check-in.
Distribute wristbands: Give each checked-in attendee a weekend wristband.
Distribute t-shirts: Hand out pre-ordered t-shirts based on the sizes listed on the printout.
Manage clean time notebook: Ask attendees if they would like to optionally record their first name, last initial, and clean date for Saturday’s countdown.

Registration will start at 1pm on Friday Aug7, 2-hour increment shifts until 9pm. Saturday 8am- 10pm
